Life and mindset coaching helps you to pinpoint the area(s) of your life where you'd like to achieve more and gives you guidance on how to shift your behaviour, perspective and ways of thinking so that you can have the things that you so desire.

Many people seek the support of a life coach when they feel a bit ‘stuck’ or ‘lost’ and can’t seem to move forward, or don’t believe that they have the focus, confidence, skills or experience to achieve their dreams.

Many successful people have consulted a life coach to get clarity on their desires, such as Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Leonardo DiCaprio and Hugh Jackman!

Although coaching, mentoring and counselling all serve to help you overcome difficulties, they all have a different focus:

Counselling is coping orientated and focuses on understanding and healing emotional trauma and pain carried through from past experiences and events. A counsellor or psychotherapist will help you to recognise how you feel and help you to develop coping strategies so that you can move forward.

Mentoring is relationship-based and involves the mentor sharing their knowledge, skills, and experience with another person to help them to progress. It is focussed on the present and on the individual’s personal development.

Coaching is action orientated and is focussed on identifying goals and what you’d like from your future. Most coaches will deliver their services via a structured programme. A coach will help you to recognise what you truly think and will give you the insight and tools needed to improve your mental and physical well-being.

I work with clients of all ages who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfilment in life. 

The main thing is that a voice inside is telling them that they aren't done yet - that they have not yet reached their true potential - and that's where the journey begins. 

My coaching can improve your physical and mental health, emotional well-being, and financial wellness, through a structured programme of exercises, energy healing practices and law of attraction tools that will help you to:

• Get clarity on your goals and desires - what does your dream life look like? where would you like to be?
• Identify your limiting beliefs - what beliefs do you hold, consciously and subconsciously, that make you fearful?
• Transform your beliefs - change your thought and behaviour patterns and move to a place of power
• Release negative energy - heal and connect with your higher self, then…
• Take inspired action! - use the tools and insight you've gained to achieve your ultimate goals

The length of the coaching programmes vary depending on what it is that you'd like to achieve. 

Sessions are usually 45 minutes long and held via Zoom, ideally at a set time once per week to maximise focus and effort. Sessions are recorded so that you can view them again in your own time, to reflect and gain an even deeper insight into how powerful your amazing mind really is.

My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.

It's important that you find a coach that's right for you, who's suitably experienced and qualified to help you through this important journey. This 'match' is often based on a client feeling that their coach has a similar background to them, or has been through similar life experiences, and so can understand where they're coming from and where they want to be.

My Experience

My blog pages will give you (probably too much detail!) about me and my life but I would say that what sets me apart is my compassionate and non-judgmental nature and ability to motivate and energise people who aren't sure what the next step is. Having been through an upsetting childhood, a tough divorce and mental health challenges, on top of raising my children and running my own business, I feel that my passion for life and my drive to always 'do more' helps me to empower others, too.

I believe in the Law of Attraction and that we get more of what we focus on. Visualisation and manifestation are hugely powerful and have helped me to overcome stress and anxiety which held me back for a long time. I also believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back - things that we might not realise lurk beneath the surface, or things that we thought we had deal with years ago...

I've been lucky enough to experience what it's like to be in tune with my higher self and whilst I strive to get back there, I'm excited to help others find their way, too!
